When do you ship? Orders are shipped Monday-Friday via USPS. Typically orders take 2 days to process.

Where do you ship? The world! We are based in Santa Barbara, California but have shipped to almost every country.

Local Pick Up: We currently offer local pick-up in Santa Barbara, California. However, pick-up is required within the week of contact or we will require shipment. 

How do you ship? We ship via USPS.

Shipping rates? All US orders over $100 ship FREE. All international orders over $150(US) ship FREE. All other shipping rates - we do not inflate shipping charges and charge based on weight and current USPS-based cost.

How to track an order? Every order automatically receives an email with tracking number and estimated arrival time once it is shipped.
