Please note: all purchases support our nonprofit programs, and we have slim margins after the cost of producing each piece plus shipping expenses. In addition, because many of our supporters are immune-compromised, we cannot offer returns once a product has been worn. Please read the sizing descriptions carefully.
Returns
Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us with your order number. You will have to pay for the shipping to return and once we receive the item and inspect that it has not been worn, we will process the return/exchange.
Exchanges
We will always exchange items if they are received defective or damaged, which is a rarity. If you need to exchange your defective or damaged item for the same item, please email us and make sure to include your order number in your email. If there is a fit issue, we can exchange but you must pay for the shipping. Please read the sizing descriptions carefully or email us for clarity.
